A large waterspout appear in Singapore south shore on 11 May 2019 Saturday morning.
In case you are wondering what a waterspout is, it is an intense columnar vortex that occurs over a body of water.
Many witnesses filmed the waterspout which was posted onto social media such as Facebook,twitter and Youtube.
According to media reports, the waterspout lasted about 15 minutes before it subsided.
The waterspout could be seen from areas like Marina Bay Sands, Tanjong Pagar, Sentosa Island and even as far as Novena region.
