The United States is offering a reward of up to $1m for information about Hamza bin Laden.
The notice was found on the Rewards for Justice website. So Who is Hamza Bin Laden?
Hamza bin Laden is the son Osama Bin Laden, who was the leader of al-Qaeda.
The Al-Qaeda was responsible for the 11 September 2001 attack (commonly known as September 11 attacks or 9/11) that killed almost 3,000 people and injured over 6,000 others.
Osama Bin Laden, father of Hamza Bin Laden was killed in Abbottabad, Pakistan, on 02 May 2011 by a United States military special operations unit.
Hamza Bin Laden is said to be is taking over as al Qaeda leader.
He is believed to be based near the Afghan-Pakistani border.
In recent years, he has released audio and video messages calling on followers to attack the US and its Western allies in revenge for his father’s killing.
